Reflections
Seeing with two eyes (dhu ‘l-‘aynayn) is when we see something uniquely different, yet sharing something similar all at the the same time.
These land-sky paintings express renewal and hope. I am reinventing material space as a continuous wave of light/energy, reflecting, diffracting and reshaping form, confirming my belief that all living things are in constant change. Although the inception of these paintings is based on the golden spiral( Fibonacci spiral), I use the painting process to break, fracture and reform patterns to create renewed landforms. Land, vegetation and sky are all envisioned as a glorious entity.
